- Serve as Engineer-of-Record for complex load ratings and structural evaluations.
- Lead the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) process for load rating calculations.
- Perform advanced structural analysis using finite element modeling (FEM) for complex bridges.
- Manage load rating projects, task orders, and budgets.
