Victoria has over 8 years of public and private sector experience in bridge rehabilitation, design, construction, maintenance, and inspection. She has inspected numerous bridges of varying size and structure type, including movable, cable-stayed, high level steel girder, fracture critical box cap, suspension, prestressed and post tensioned concrete beams, segmental concrete box girder, large truss, rail, and other difficult access bridges requiring SPRAT rope access and technical climbing techniques. In addition to inspection, Victoria has load rated a wide variety of structures including concrete slabs, steel beam/girders, and steel trusses with gusset plate analysis. She has also served as a support engineer for the development of bridge repair and rehabilitation projects.
