Albert has over 29 years of experience in bridge and tunnel inspection, evaluation, and maintenance. He has served in key roles including project manager, task leader, and lead engineer for a number of complex statewide bridge inspection and rehabilitation projects in multiple states throughout the northeast and central regions. Al is experienced in the use of aerial lift equipment and non-destructive testing methods such as dye penetrant, acoustic crack, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and radiographic inspection. His rehabilitation efforts have ranged from preventative maintenance to retrofits for complex fracture critical members.
