Kevin has over 10 years of experience in bridge inspection, evaluation, maintenance, and rehabilitation design. He has served as the lead bridge inspector for numerous inspection projects of varying sizes and structure types, including movable, cable-stayed, high level steel girder, fracture critical box cap, suspension, prestressed and post tensioned concrete beams, segmental concrete box girder, large truss, rail, and other difficult access bridges requiring SPRAT rope access and technical climbing techniques. During Kevin’s over 1,100+ structural bridge inspections, 100+ overhead sign structure inspections, and 200+ culvert inspections to date, he has routinely performed non-destructive tests consisting of ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant test, timber borings, etc. Kevin has worked on city, county, and state-owned bridges and ancillary structures throughout thirteen states. In addition to inspection, Kevin has prepared plans for numerous bridge repair and rehabilitation projects.
