Coley will manage the firm’s field inspections across the Southeast while supporting our national efforts. He brings over 15 years of experience in bridge inspection, load testing, material testing, non-destructive testing, bridge repair, and long-term health monitoring systems for complex transportation structures throughout the United States. Prior to joining Strinteg, Coley served in key roles supporting and managing large-scale, statewide bridge inspection, testing, and rehabilitation programs for state DOTs, municipalities, and transit agencies across the country.
