Ross has over 14 years of experience in structural design, bridge inspection and evaluation, and project management. He has in-depth knowledge of AASHTO, NBIS, NTIS, FRA, and AREMA codes and standards. Ross has served as a project manager, task leader, bridge inspector, engineer-of-record, and quality control engineer for several key bridge design and rehabilitation projects. He has performed numerous bridge inspections and load ratings for routine and complex bridges and is proficient with a wide variety of software applications used to manage bridge systems.
